How to enable delivery for restaurants on ChowNow

When delivery is inactive for a brand, to get it back up, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the merchant portal on ChowNow

2. Navigate the Live Chat option and click on it to chat with a support agent.

3. Kindly inform the support agent we would like to activate Delivery.

Furthermore, for the best diner experience and to generate the most delivery orders; our partner delivery would be DoorDash Drive  we intend splitting the delivery fee with their diners. This caps the diner's delivery fee at $3.99 and also caps the amount charged to the restaurant at $3.99

4. After informing the support agent about the information above, delivery would be set up for the restaurant.
