How to reach out to Otter Support to resolve Issues on Otter for your brand or restaurant

Before reaching out to Otter Support,

Please make sure your restaurant/brand has an account with Otter.

The following steps should be followed when reaching out to Otter Support:

1. Log in to the merchant log in portal with your log in credentials.

2. After which, it will direct you to your dashboard and on the right bottom part of the website, you will see the option that says "Support".

3. Click on the support icon and a drop down would appear, once this appears you can go ahead and select Live Chat.

N.B: Please always have a follow-up email handy so if they are not able to resolve your issues that day, they can provide subsequent resololutions through the provided email address.
