How to set up GrubHub for a brand

GrubHub (automatically includes Seamless)

*A sign up to GrubHub will automatically add the restaurant to Seamless (a food delivery app owned by GrubHub)

 

  1. Registration
    This is the step where you submit an inquiry to create a new account. This includes information such as your email, phone, restaurant name, zip code etc

  1. Legal Info Setup

     This is the step where you add key information for the brand such as it’s the company name, EIN, owner's name etc.

  1. Account Confirmation
    This is the step where you create a password by following the link sent to you by email, and then you can now access your dashboard.

  1. Onboarding 

    T    ablet activation, menu review & verification etc.

  1. Add Bank Account Details

    Navigate to the "Financials" section on the dashboard and click "Set up direct deposit" to add new bank account details to the account. If the restaurant is a "Client" it should have a restaurant info document, you can find the bank account details in that document. If the restaurant is a "Customer" you have to ask the contact person at the restaurant for that info.

  1. Integration to Order Aggregator/ POS (optional)

    At this step we integrate each created 3rd party platform to the order aggregator that exists and is supported at the        restaurants location
