  1. Registration & Setup

Email the Pretsl Merchant Account Executive the Pre-Setup document and ask for their help in signing up the new client/ customer (you can find their info on Zoho CRM)

  1.  Provide Bank Details

When prompted by the Account Executive, send the bank account details in an email to the Account Executive. For clients, you can find that in the restaurant info document, and for customers you can simply ask the contact persons for it, if they are hesitant to provide it, send an email to the ChowNow rep and CC the restaurant contact person. In that email tell the ChowNow rep, the contact person will provide them their account information.

  1. Integration to Order Aggregator/ POS (optional)

    At this step we integrate each created 3rd party platform to the order aggregator that exists and is supported at the restaurants location
