How to set up Uber Eats for a brand

UberEats (automatically includes Postmates)
*A sign up to UberEats will automatically add the restaurant to Postmates (another food delivery app owned by Uber)

  1. Registration

This is the step where you leave an inquiry on the UberEats merchant website to create a new account. Alternatively you can
send an email to our Merchant Partnership contact at UberEats, with information on the brand you wish to sign up. The email should include the Pre-Setup document, to allow the merchant specialist to onboard us easily.

  1. Account Setup & Contract Signing

Usually you should get a call back from an UberEats Sales rep, and be able to share information on our new account/      Pre-Setup document with them. This is the step where you sign a contract sent by UberEats on DocuSign, using the        owners/ authorized contact's name.

3.      Manager Portal Account Activation

After signing a contract, you should receive an email from UberEats, and then follow the link on the email to create a       password. (Make sure to save the password and username you created on Zoho Vault).

4.     Reset Tablet Credentials

When you login to your new dashboard, scroll to the Users section on the dashboard menu. Under the users section,      you should see a tablet username, and options to reset the password. Reset the tablet password to something you can always remember, and then make sure to save the password to Zoho Vault.
